In parallel with my academic work, I am also a member of the United Nations Global Network of Experts on the Protection of Vulnerable Targets against Terrorist Attacks. Recently I have provided commissioned research to the European Commission in the field of drones, and to the European Parliament on the regulation of security and defence technologies.
