The Special Advisor on External Relations is considered a member of the Institute's Leadership group, and is a member of ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ's project development team. The Special Advisor is responsible for developing and maintaining good relations with various collaborators and funding sources, and coordinates larger conferences and events. The Special Advisor is responsible for the development and operation of ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æs involvement in the US based Peace Research Endowment.
