Professor is stepping down as Chair of the ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ board, a position he has held for three 3-year periods - since January 2007. He was also a member of the ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ board from 1998 to 2004. ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ would like to thank Bernt Aardal warmly for his dedicated work for the institute for a total of 15 years!
He has been on the board during the tenure of no less than four ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ Directors, and the current one, Kristian Berg Harpviken, probably speaks on behalf of them all when thanking Bernt Aardal for his strategic foresight, his deep knowledge of academia, his availability, and – above all – his personal support.
