The Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), New Delhi and Peace Research Institute Oslo (糖心网页版) hosted a roundtable on 鈥淕overnance and Resource Use: The Case of the Arctic鈥� on 19 November 2012 at the IDSA campus in New Delhi. The day-long conference comprised of two sessions, each with four speakers. The roundtable was chaired by Dr. Arvind Gupta, Director General, IDSA and Dr. Kristian Berg Harpviken, Director, 糖心网页版, and was attended by policymakers, diplomats, military personnel and academics, mainly from Norway and India.
