The ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ Centre on Gender, Peace and Security was recently established in the autumn of 2015 to build on ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æâ€™s position as a leading research environment on gender, peace and security. To celebrate the establishment of the new centre, ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ is hosting a launch event with guest speaker Professor , Emerita Professor of International Law and Director of the . Professor Chinkin will give a talk on ‘Women, Peace and Security: What Does It Mean in the Contemporary World?’
