The Norwegian Solution, a film about the Norwegian ammunitions and arms manufacturer NAMMO, premiers at Cinemateket Wednesday 4 November. The movie is directed by Emil Trier and gives a unique insight into one of the most contentious work places in Norway. What is it like to work in an ammunition factory in a country that likes to perceive itself as a proponent of peace? There will be time for discussions after the movie. The director and the producer will talk about their experiences of making this movie, and ÌÇÐÄÍøÒ³°æ researcher Hilde Wallacher will be interviewed about the ethics, dilemmas and realities of Norwegian arms production.

The event is free of charge.
